Just saying Hi to everyone. I'm trying to lose a few pounds, and tone up muscle wise. I have started a routine with eating healthier and working out. I'm interested in hearing what others have tried and what did or did not work.

Hi, Tim, and WELCOME! Sounds like you are on a nice path to a healthier life! I do weight training every other day followed by cardio, and cardio every day but Sunday - I have a lot to lose - so I need to burn what I can without losing muscle. In two weeks I lost 10.5 inches.

Hello francart02 and welcome to freetrainers. Ive been using the weight loss and toning program from here and doing just fine.
