Ok i would like to know i have both of this i was curious of anyone that used any of these, and what results they got, i want to make the right choice!
Both are overpriced crap. Cell tech is good, but expensive. Use it only post workout. Too much sugar, 75 gr. to use any other time, and too much for a lighter weight person any time.
