Hi everyone i think ive pulled my tendons in my arm.i woke up the morning after training my bi's and i had what was like tooth ache in my arm around my elbow but beneath my bicep has this ever happened to anyone else or could some one tell me what it is cheers ..Trev

could have overworked that area. Give it rest and maybe a massage with heat. Loosen up the muscles in your arm and stretch it daily especially before bed and when you wake up. If it persists, see your doc. I've had similar soreness but it went away. Is yours not going away then?

it could be a rotator cuff injury. wait until the aching has gone away, then incorporate some rotator cuff exercises into your workout 3 times a week.

I don't think it's rotator cuff. That is in the shoulder. This is in the elbow area.

yeah think it was just overtraining merlin.was back in the gym today taking it easy and everything was fine cheers guys !
