I am new to fitness all together I have never in my life been physically fit and I am tired of feeling bad all the time because of my unhealthy habits. I am desperate for guidence and support since I have a hard time doing this on my own. I quit smoking 3 months ago a big step for me now I feel I am ready to get started but where to start that is the problem. Thank you for letting me vent....

Hi Lane,
Welcome to FT! This is an amazing place with heaps of information on whatever you need to know. If you have some questions then fitbuddy is the way to go, it's at the bottom of every page. Just type in your question and it will find what you are looking for.

Good on you for quitting the cigs, something I have to work on as well.

There is so much to learn here, all you have to do is put it into practise, have fun!

Welcome to FT lane2000. Congratulations on the smoking. You will find lots of helpful and friendly people here who have the same goals as yourself. Good luck accomplishing the next goal.

It is wonderful that you quit smoking, that is a very difficult feat for many and now you are working at another area of health improvement! Good for you! Vent away!
