Hello everyone! I just joined a gym a couple of weeks back and noticed how different peoples workouts vary. My question is, should I do my cardio or weights first?

There are some great posts in the other forums about cardio, when to do it, what type, etc.
Take a look around and learn!
If you don't find the answer - ask in the approprite forum and I am sure you will get some answers!

Weights first :dumbbell:, then cardio :angry:
