Im 2 weeks into the 12 week ab program, and i can feel a difference, but i cant see one. What can I do to get the six pack faster? I know it has a lot to do with eating but im not sure what to eat. A little help here please. Thanks:)

Great abs are built in the kitchen. If you make your food choices only from the bodybuilder grocery list, you will be eating clean. If you eat clean all the time your six pack will eventually be revealed. Good Luck!

it takes time.. Especially if you have a belly of any kind. It takes time for the weight to come off, the flab to come off, and for the ab muscles to start becoming more defined for all to see. It is a lot more than an overnight process. even after 12 weeks, dont be discouraged if you dont see a big difference . Everyones timing is different depending on metabolism, etc.

look at 'grocer list for a bodybuilder' in the nutrition forum.
Good fats are okay in moderation.
