I am just getting started with this program and am working out at home. I am having trouble with the chins between chairs. I can get up about half way, but not any where near my chest to the bar. Am I just plain weak or am I doing something wrong? How can I test my stength another way ? Thanks

I don't think the point of the exercise is to test how strong you are. It's something to work up to, you don't have to be able to do it right away. Keep with it and you will see the difference.
