I am looking to lose about 30kgs.
Thanks

Hi Erica, welcome to FT!
On this board you will notice about 10 posts with red pushpins next to them. That's a compilation of absolutely everything you need to know to get started. After you read those posts and put together a plan, post it and we can help you. Of course, feel free to ask questions.

I will live.
Erica,
we are not trying to ignore your needs, I can share my diet with you, I eat a lot:)
What your diet will depend on is how many calories you currently eat on a daily basis and how many your body actually needs, once you figure out how many calories you are eating on a daily basis, let us know and we can help you fine tune it.

True. That is what we're here for. I have found that another's trial and error make for good information.
