What would you say is the best excercise for outer thigh size and development? I know squats are good and leg extesions are good for the inner "teardrop" area, but what are some others to build that strong outer thigh up and is foot positioning a big factor in it. e.g. toes out, feet further apart, etc. Thanks for the input. Peace!!!!

To develop the "outer sweep", there's only a few exercises available. When you do your leg extentions, point your toes in toward each other. That will give you a nice burn in your outer thigh. For squats, try standing like a duck - with your heels slightly closer than should-width apart, and point your toes out so they are more than shoulder width. Do this with a lighter weight to begin with because you're not used to this new stance (it takes a few reps to balance correctly). Do leg presses the same way. Hope it helps!

I agree with jbennett on the excercise choices, but I have heard that Lunges can give you a little extra deffinition in that area. Bst of luck. -sweeny

Thanks fellas. I'll have to try those front squats. I haven't done them in a long time. And thanks for the tip on the leg extensions JB. Didn't know that pointing toes on that did anything. Peace.
