Go to Specific Diet forum and click on the Grocery list for a bodybuilder posted by BB1fit. Buy what he has on that list you should take in about 1 - 1.5 grams of protein per pound of weight.

Always start with knowing how many calories you need depending on your present weight and lifestyle. Then devide the nutrients into the categories.
