I heard it can really help improve your muscles, although I'm not sure if it's worth the money.

i've been using BSN's Nitrix for just about four weeks, and i gotta tell you guys it isn't worth it. The gains that i've seen can be reached by just eating correctly and doing your routines properly. Also, i've tried combining their other product No-xplode (a pre-workout suppl) and i've gotten better results from just the No-xplode. It stays true to their ads to a degree.
My conclusion about this product line, is that since it requires you to take it on a empty stomach, you'll need to really pay attention to your eating habits everyday or suffer malnutrition, and that right there should keep people away from this product. because if you get rid of food, then theres noway you can grow, unless those pills contain magic.
As for me, i'm gonna finish what i have left of the two, then i'm gonna try that ZMA, tribulus stack..unless anyone has anyother suggestions for gaining 20pounds of muscle.

I tried No2 for awhile and i didn't really notice a difference until after i got off of it, but a buddy told me about this stuff called NoX2 and it does the same exact thing but is only about 30 bucks instead of the 80 that you would pay for No2. I think that its one of those things that you would need to try to know how it works for you. But, i definitely noticed a strength and endurance improvement and it is good for keeping you from getting a hongover. hope this helped!!!

theres no miracle pill people, seems everyone is looking for a quick fix. Theres not, eating right and excercising if the ONLY WAY. The only 3 supplements I think you should get are.....
a mutivitamen
whey
creatine
and if you have a lil extra to spare
bcaa( branch chain amino acids) with L-glutiman
period

There is a big debate on NO2 type products here is what we came up as a solution at SNS a 2:1 ratio of DiArginine (5grams)Malate and Citrilline Malate (3grams) we call ours Nitro-Octane so for lke 33 bucks you get the effective dosages of two products for the price of one. There has been various studies produced on Citrilline malate that have proved effective in increasing aerobic performance. France has been using citrilline malate for years which is produced under the pharmaceutical name Stimol. We also just came out with a BCAA mix that actually tastes decent also contains L-glutamine and glutamine peptides and wont destroy your wallet. You can see our product indgrediant panels at bodybuilding.com just look under SNS for company names. Or call me if you have any questions.
