Thanks BB1. On nonlifiting days, I'm suppossed to take Creatine in the morning, right? So what about on boxing days? Morning or post workout? Thanks again.

I've been taking Creatine for a few weeks and I just started a boxing training program that includes a lot of intense cardio work. I was wondering if I should stop taking the Creatine due to the increase in my cardio, or should I still take it, and if so, everyday or just on lifting days? I box M,W,F and lift T,TH,SAT. Thanks.

If you are lifting, keep taking your creatine. Take it daily. Drink lots of water.

I would go with either. If your boxing workout is pretty intense, you feel pretty fatigued and lots of energy expended, then this may be a good time. You will have to judge that, but either should work.

Cool, thanks again for your input. I'll probably do it post-boxing becuase I am really tired afterwards.

It is essential to stay hydrated.
