What should I be eating?

Okay, I love carbs, pizza and pasta are my favourite foods. I also love chicken and the two seem to go hand in hand. I am 5'7" and 215 pounds, and I'm just wondering what differences I should make in my diet, I usually only eat two meals a day, but what else can I eat that isn't so high in carbs, if that is a bad thing? As for working out I try to go 2-3 days a week, but this site is very motivating and I'm trying to get a workout regimen in the other posts. I'm trying to gain strength, but also lose all the flab. Thanks.

To lose fat you are going to need to increase your calories and make your food choices from the bodybuilder grocery list. There are 10 posts on this board with red push pins next to them. Everything you need to know to get started with a sound eating plan is right there. After you've read those posts and come up with a plan. Post it here so we can help you make adjustments and you'll be good to go.
