Okay, I love carbs, pizza and pasta are my favourite foods. I also love chicken and the two seem to go hand in hand. I am 5'7" and 215 pounds, and I'm just wondering what differences I should make in my diet, I usually only eat two meals a day, but what else can I eat that isn't so high in carbs, if that is a bad thing? As for working out I try to go 2-3 days a week, but this site is very motivating and I'm trying to get a workout regimen in the other posts. I'm trying to gain strength, but also lose all the flab. Thanks.
