I'm a female and I weigh about 135 pounds and I'm 5'5. Most of my fat is in my legs and I have a little in my stomach. I'm trying to reach a goal of 120 lbs by the middle of August. I made up a exercize program for everyday.

1.5 mile jog
100 sit ups
100 crunches
3 reps of 20 squats

I'll probably do that workout 5 days a week.

The other two days I swim laps and lift weights....

Do you think this workout program will help me reach my goals if I eat healthy as well?

Also does anyone have any other suggestions?

thats alot of sit ups and srrms like you will get burnt out easy on this, with all the leg envolvment. Why not just lift weights and do cardio? did you not try one one here?

You would be better off picking a program from ft, look under fitness resources. There are programs designed for at-home, no equipment and at the gym, just about nything you can imagine.
