Hi! I was very excited that websites like these exist. I just went on the 12-week-abs program and the workout is pretty demanding! I am holding off though... It has only been my second day of training so I obviously don't see results. I am having trouble getting enough protein into my diet and keeping my fats low. Maybe I should watch the chips... but I am still not too sure of high protein foods with little fat. Anyway... it's been nice saying hi!
