For those of who read my previous post, I was trying to achieve 4 good reps of 305lbs on my fifth/final set of squats by September. Today, I finally did it - a month earlier than I had originally expected! Sure, 305lbs isn't a whole lot of weight. But I remember stuggling to get 6 reps with 215lbs in March. Hard work and determination payoff big when you're striving for an attainable goal.
