I know have a good diet but this area is my biggest problem was wondering if anybody had any advice on getting rid of them once and for all besides dieting i know that part

just do side crunches babe. 3 sets of 30 every 2nd day and they'll be lookin and feelin great in no time

okay when you say side crunches do you mean standing and bending over sideways while having weights in your hands? I heard these were terrible for you.

no, laying down, coming up and twisting into a crunch motion i don't use weights for any of my abs

Okay thats what I thought, is the torso twist machine any good for the handles of love?

torso machine in my opinion sux...........I wouldn't do side crunches ever 2nd day either. IF you over do the obliques, they will get thicker and make your waist bigger. Besides you can't spot reduce......diet diet diet. Unfortnually to see a 6 pack and nice obligues you need under 12% body fat.
