I got diagnosed with endometriosis last year when i was 17years old.I thought it was something that older woman get, at the time i had no idea about it.
Iknow that excersice can help with menstrulation, but are there any excersices that can help the pain for endometriosis?. Sometimes i can't do sit ups or stomach crunshes as it really hurts sometimes :( I don't want this disease to affect my life and also my excersice!

I've had a look at some endometriosis studies and they seem to mostly show that regular high intensity exercise can help endometriosis. The only reference I could find to exercise DURING menstruation was to avoid high intensity exercise at this time.
If it was me, I would think about a low intensity more relaxing exercise like yoga or pilates when the pain is bad.

Hello millenia, I can sympothise as I too have had endo since I was about your age. I am now 30. Keeping active is a real plus, and like princess said keep it low intnsity when you're not feeling well. I still follow my regular cardio routine but I can't handle ab training when I'm feeling sore.
Please feel free to ask any questions you may have about endo.. I've had it long enough to know.

I don't take days off work.. I find that by being active and having some acupuncture as well as chiropractic care on an ongoing basis.. I feel pretty good!

What is paracentomal?
There are various treatments for it but sadly, most are not desirable. They just treat the symptoms without really getting to the root of the problem. I really did my research on it a few years ago because I was concerned about having fertility problems.
I decided to go against what western docters offered and that's why I choose a natural aproach. I also took Chinese herbs that were prepared for me.

Paracetomal is acetamenophin, aka tylenol.

How sad that the doctor didn't even explain it to you properly!!:(
It is estimated that endometriosis affects between 10 and 15 percent of all women of reproductive age. It occurs when tissue similar to the tissue that lines the uterus (endometrium) grows in other areas of a woman's body. Although it is abnormal for endometrial tissue to grow outside of the uterus, endometriosis is not a form of cancer.
Endometriosis can occur at any time after puberty. If you want to read more about it check out the following link:
