I am a 28 yr old male. 150 lbs. 5'10". I am now a member of a huge gym and I go 3 times a week. I am finally gettnig my diet in line. 6 small meals per day along with Creatine Powder, Whey Protein w/ Glutamine, Liquid Amino Acids, and my one a day Multi Vit/Min. I run 3 miles before I hit the weights and usually at the gym for no more than 2 hours. I do 3 sets of 15, but now will add some weight so I will do 3 sets of 10. Should my carbs be 40% of my diet and Protein be 150 gr/day? I am working on all my muscles, as much as possible each day I go (3 days per week)...My goal is to gain weight and muscle mass. Am I on the right track? Please help...

If you want to gain weight, stop running 3 miles before you lift.
Since you have access to a gym - try the mass gain program here - look under fitness resources.
You could increase your protein, if you are comfortable with more protein.

Building muscle and might builds strong minds and character. Respect and humility come from lifting weights and feeding yourself with care. And from these distinguished qualities a great nation of people is built, by God. (Of course the God part is your choice, friend.)\\" Dave Draper
