Hello i'm 14 and im pretty fit but i have a little bit of fat underthe mid-section i think, and i heard this is the hardest stuff to lose. i'm commited to get rid of that and u people help me whats a good day of eating witch out going to crazy and exsersizes also not being to crazy i cant spend 24 hours on this. heres what im doing now.

morning:I run around the block fruit loops with 2% milk
*sometimes* later snack:an apple
Lunch: salad or baloni and mustard sandwitch sometimes both with chocolate milk
*Sometimes later snack: some kinda fruit
Dinner well this is all over the place i have a kinda of meat ither pork beef chicken everyday is diff and some rice and milk and salad
*sometimes*later snack: somesort fruit again
Night time 50 crunches, 25 twisting crunches, 25 leg raise, 25 lying side leg raise, 25 bent knee thing

Thats about it should i change anything?

Get rid of the Fruit Loops maybe exchange for some oatmeal. Have a chicken sandwich on whole wheat bread instead of the baloni. For rice try to stick to brown rice. Do you have access to weights?

Also for breakfast you could have some egg whites. Mix like 3 egg whites with 1 whole egg.

age 14... should he really be lifting weights? won't that stunt his growth?
