Hi, I'm new here and am trying to gain 15 pounds by end of july, I'm doing all exercise that the wevsite tells you to do. My only problem.... eat.... I don't eat a lot, I need 4000 calories everyday and its hard to get it. If someone can help me with that I will be happy.

Well, I guess i don't know anything about you, other than you want to gain weight.

Increase your complex carbohydrate consumption a little and your protein consumption a lot.

If you haven't been eating anywhere near 4000 calories a day, you need to gradually increase your calories every few weeks, otherwise you will pack fat not muscle.

Are you trying to gain weight in general or just add muscle, because 15 lbs in a month is a lot.

Actually, I don't wanna gain every month, my goal is 15 pounds by end of July, right now I'm 165 pounds and 6'3". I'm going in a gym every day, but still, I do need what kind of protein will be better and shake as well
