Hello, just wanted to introduce myself, I just became a member and will be starting my routine today, I just really need to loose some body fat and tone a little, but my main problem is “will power” and “sticking” to something. My problem is that I get “lost” in the machines at the gym and can’t seem to get into a exercise routine. Hopefully I will be able to follow the exercise program set out here and accomplish my goal!!!! :dumbbell:

Welcome to FT! Lots of help here... and with any questions about machines, feel free to ask... I don't use 'em , so I can't answer any, but many people here us 'em!
