Hey everyone im 6'1 205lbs im trying to get to 185..im really trying to lose the tummy and love handles...i been eating really heathly and i feel better but i want to know if this pan was ok for a day?
5am-oatmeal..oj..wheaties cerel
530am-645am workout----post workout protein shake
9am-egg white omelette with wheat bread and cheese
12pm salad with a apple and diet ice tea
230pm protein shake
530pm fish or chicken grilled with veggies
630-730 cardio
830pm proteing shake
OK guys and gals tell em what you think, keep in mind im trying to lose 15lbs?
