Hi...I'm 6'2 and 225 pounds...i have 16.5 inch arms but can't build a bigger chest...it's average now but my upper pecs won't build well and my upper chest looks narrow. I have a average shoulder frame...my coat size is about 44 or 46 long, depending on the cut. Please help me figure out how to improve my chest...
Then pick a mass gain program with emphasis on chest and get to work. Look under fitness resources for a program to follow.
Muscle shape is determined by genetics, so you may just have a narrower chest, but you should be able to build up some muscle there.
Be sure you are eating to support your efforts - you can't build muscle without good nutritional support.

\"Inscribe this on the charm that dangles from your navel, girls. Guys, tattoo this on your biceps:
Building muscle and might builds strong minds and character. Respect and humility come from lifting weights and feeding yourself with care. And from these distinguished qualities a great nation of people is built, by God. (Of course the God part is your choice, friend.)\" Dave Draper
