My current routine is about 2 months old, now i want to change it up(a new and improved routine). I need help from all of u guys plz help me on , which exercises i must include or exclude, here is my chart:

BB preacher curl 2 sets
Close grip bench preses 2 sets

what are your goals? strength? get bigger? more defination what?
your back an dleg days are ver short.......yet for arms your doing like 4 excercises for tris and bis?? what gives
bb rows last i checked worked your back......
up right rows work your traps? what are you trying to do?
side arm db rows?? what is this?
is this a 5 day work out week? or four day? is arms with back? i'm lost?
like I said above your longest "day" is devoted to arms......and back and legs it looks like your just bsing through it!

Thanx God Andrew that ur here...u have always helped me....
my plan is to grow bigger(butlean muscles).
my legs and back days are kinda short .......thats y i have asked for help......plz help me ......tell me some other exercises to perform.....
wat about arm day?
plz guide
