Hey guys,
I've just bought a new tin of protein and it tastes like crap. It's a soy based protein, all natural, apparently. Im not sure what made me buy it really, I've never been a big fan of soy, but it has a higher protein content than the other one I was buying.
What can I do to make it taste better? Or do I have to put up with the taste? I'd like to stick with it because the other one is more costly. This one has 28g protein per 30g scoop and the other was 18g protein per 65g scoop.

Any advice?
Donna

Whey is a better protein if you can afford it. You can get optimum nutrition 100% whey from dps nutrtion for 26 plus shipping so about 30 dollars total for 5 pounds. But to answer your question mix in a few scoops of natural peanut butter, or some sugar free chocolate syrup.

I'll have a look for the whey one, thanks. Im in Australia so you could almost double the price and shipping for me. :)

Thanks for the pb and syrup idea, I definitely need something, it's horrible and I find myself missing it because I can't stand the taste.

Thanks again,
Donna

try ultra whey, it tastes great and has alot of protein. 2lbs for $20, 4lbs for $40, but its worth it cuz it lasts a long time. u can mix anything in it. i usually put the powder in a blender with milk, peanut butter, and bananas.
