I'm in Iraq right now, so I can't just up and go to the doctor to get my BMI or bodyfat calculated. Is there a way i could check it myself?

Adam,
You can order them online and have them sent right to you and if not can you have someone send them to you?
There are sites that go by measurements you take, like Biofitness.com among many others, but they certainly are not very accurate. Even calipers have around a 3% margin of error either plus or minus. As for BMI there are tons of calculators online for that also.
Good luck!

There is a website some are using here for a challenge called www.mybodycomp.com
It apparently gives a higher number, but if you use it all the time you should see a consistent change...
