I am an 18 yr old male, who up until now have weightlifted without supplements. Although I am gaining mass and strength, its been very little over the past 2 years. I am involved in athletics. I'd like to bulk up and gain some strength a little faster than I have been. I want to take some supplements but i really don't know what to get at this point. Any help?

I would recommend Creatine Monohydrate, and Whey Protein.

In addition to creatine and protein, you should get some glutamine. Also, make sure you are taking QUALITY supplements, or else you could just be wasting your time. Cheaper does not usually equate to better when it comes to supps. Personally, I use ProPower, SetPoint Fitness, and Beveraly International supplements.
