New to this site as of yesterday and still looking around quite a bit. I used to be nearly 200 lbs at 5'2" and have gone down 50 lbs since last october- I havent even dieted. I just get out into the outdoors a lot now by backpacking and hiking every chance I get. Well I need to tone a lot of me so I can look good (And lose more). I am sure the miles with a 30lb. pack on my back going uphill all the way will be easier also if I slim and strengthen.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes!
My plan is this- since i lost a lot of weight I have a lot of "Flab" left. (I have never been skinny in my life) I want to really tone and sculpt my body and my health. I have a new job too that keeps me running around on my feet for 9 hours strait...no sitting except at lunch. And I mean really moving. I work in a hospital. I am always so hungry since I started that job (Evwn worse then after a week of backpacking) So I know I must be using a TON of calories. I just wanted to add some more to my daily running around at work.
