Hi everybody, was recommended this site by a internet contact and so far seems to be great.

I'm 19y 1,77m and 60KG and am looking into bulk up and get some nice muscle.

Already started my personal plan, but dispite the helpfull explainations of each exercise (great for non-english people like me) I don't understand the following sections on the daily routine:

input weight used -> ?

also why are the 4 orders of each exercise?

Thanks in advance for any sort of feedback

Cheers

Input weight is the amount of weight you use for the exercise.

The first set is for warmup and should be done with light weights. The next 3 sets you reduce repititions and add weight. The very last set you should use enough weight that you can barely finish. As you progress through the 8 or 12 weeks, you increase weight as you are able. Welcome to FT
