I know what you mean mayris, I was the same until a week ago and Im still not sure what I did to help it. I think it's just letting your body get used to the difference you are making on the inside. I was frustrated as well, had heaps of water and lots of fruit and I couldn't understand it as I've never had the problem before. How long have you been eating right? It took a full two weeks for me to get through it, maybe just for a little while you could take some metamucil, just to get you through it. Don't rely on it though, it could cause problems in the future.

You could try the age old remedy, too, dried plums/prunes. We keep them in the refrigerator for the whole family because they like them to munch on as a sweet snack, but I've heard they can help in other ways, too, (see below) and it would be natural.
What makes you constipated? There are many causes: A low-fibre diet Not enough fluids Lack of physical activity Depression Laxative overuse Side effects from certain medications (like iron or calcium supplements, antacids containing aluminum or calcium, antidepressants, antihistamines, narcotics, antispasmodics, diuretics, tranquilizers, some heart medications) Undetected medical conditions (like underactive thyroid, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, kidney disease, hemorrhoids). Increase fibre in your diet slowly and gradually, because a sudden increase in fibre may cause cramping and/or gas. Which foods are high in fibre? Good high-fibre food choices are: Whole wheat and whole grain products (breads, crackers, bagels, pasta, and brown rice) Cereals with more than 4 grams of dietary fibre per serving (check the nutrition label on the side of the cereal box) Legumes (cooked dried peas, beans, and lentils) Fruits and vegetables (including dried fruits) Bran muffins made with unprocessed wheat bran and whole-wheat flour Other tips: Sprinkle (or mix) 15-30 mL (1-2 tbsp) of wheat bran into foods like hot cereal, meatloaf or casserole. Add 15-30 mL (1-2 tbsp) of whole or ground flax seeds to cereals or baked goods What about prunes? If a high-fibre, high-fluid diet doesn't relieve your constipation, try eating prunes occasionally. Prunes are a good source of fibre, and they also contain a substance that is a natural laxative. Dried plums, prunes, contribute to Daily Value goals for vitamins and minerals. See the nutrition facts table below to discover the amount per serving of major energy-yielding nutrients (protein, fat, carbohydrate) dietary fiber, sodium and cholesterol. A serving of dried plums – about five or ¼ cup – helps consumers meet the 10-A-Day goal for fruits and vegetables. I have irritible bowel syndrome (ibs), which causes constipation and/or diarrhea. It's a functional disorder meaning that it just happens and no one knows why, but things like stress make it worse. When I had just graduated from college (Duke University) and had no job I had no ibs, but now that I am working I do. I had some medicine for it, but it made me feel bad and I know I can control this with my diet. I use fiber supplements now (but since I have more diarrhea I can't tell too much of a difference). Don't wipe too hard though and go to the doctor. If you are in your early 20's this is the time that IBS pops up and 10-20 percent of the population is affected by it to some degree. You'll know if you have it because a lot of other tests will be run and if negative they will tell you it is IBS. When I did Atkins mine cleared up totally so they thought I was allergic to dairy or wheat, but I'm not. You might want to eliminate these from your diet and add them back in to see if that is the problem. From what I understand lactose intolerance also happens as we get older.
