Hi
I'm new to this place and hoping it will give me the guidance and structure to get beyond the barriers I keep hitting and let me be what I wish I could. I just started working out again about six weeks ago after doing essentially nada for a good 18 months. Just got out of one of the worst bouts of depression ever and am amazed (again) at how (pardon the hyperbole) alive I feel when I'm "doing something." I'm not an athlete and never have been so exercise has always been something I've had to work into my life consciously.

Anyway, just thought I'd say HI! to all of you, wish you the best, and decide to believe it's possible to be in the best shape of my life.

Hey there, CADmonkey and welcome to FT! Why don't you fill out your profile and check out the exercise programs FT has available for you! There are also nutritional suggestions, too! It is great to have you here and glad to know you are feeling better after your struggle with depression. Misery is optional from here on in - be strong and patient with yourself and you will find your goals!:dumbbell:

Yep, your profile is working...I saw this post on a couple forums about growing since your goal is to hike up another few inches, lol! I figured with CADmonkey as your handle you must be into computers! Did you check out the exercise area now so you could get some great workouts?
