I'm not a chest person. I always work my back. So when I put up 225 for my chest workout seven times it made me happy. It feels good to accomplish something nice like that!!!!!!!!!!

I hit 265 for 5 reps, but I pulled my chest muscle. I will be back in couple of months or weeks.

It wasn't the chest muscle, I pulled my bicep. Weird?

Not at all. The biceps brachii make an important contribution towards shoulder flexion/horizontal adduction during the BP movement.
