Ok. I have read every possible article I can get my hands on regarding creatine and whey protein. Should you load on creatine..should you not? Prior to workout or post or both? Should creatine be taken at any specific time on cardio days? With the protein...prior or post workout or both??? I want to build mass and lose fat. It's so overwhelming I wish someone would just tell me what to do!!!!

Hi mollywog6, please do a search on Fitbuddy, this topic has been recently discussed.

You should take creatine post workout (5 grs). On cardio days or non-lifting days you should take it in the morning 30 min after your breakfast. Whey protein must be taken post workout.
