Hi everyone, my name is bobby. I live in Alaska and am a full time college student. I never had a problem with weight in high school, but college is a different story. I've never had such easy access to beer in my life, and im starting to show it. My freshmen 15 turned out to be about 20, and now that I have money again I'm gonna get a gym membership and start back into my old lifting habits. I'm currently working in Prudhoe Bay for an oil company, and after the 12 hour work day I have access to a weight room and swimming pool. Any helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated if they help in any way. Thanks.

Hi and welcome to FT! It sounds like you got a grip on what is going on to cause you difficulties with your weight and it seems you are going in the right direction now with your renewed interest in working out. Check out the exercise programs and nutritional suggestions here on FT as they are very helpful. Good luck with your goals and it is good to have you here!
