Anyone have any ideas of what are some side dishes I could eat with my meals, Im on a cutting phase diet, trying to trim down. Throw me ideas that would be good and preferably no breaded products.

vegetables.
I just bumped some recipes , check them out.
I ate a lot of steamed broccoli with a little soy sauce on it, a lot of raw veggies, and a lot of brown rice.
Salad greens with garlic and flax oil, salt&pepper.
Mixed veggies sauteed in chicken broth and flavored with seasoning blends.
baked sweet potatoes, or mashed sweet potatoes.

goldengloves I totally sympathize with being bored in the veggie department. However, this is summer and the best veggies are available now. Cruise around the fresh produce section of the grocery store and you will notice wonderful summer squash and zucchini, fabulous fresh spinach, vidalia onions, home grown tomatoes, etc.
I know you are in the cutting phase so I don't know if your diet will accomodate it, but I will list a few things that I do.
Spinach
2 tbsp of crumbled bacon, take the fat off
2-3 cups of fresh spinach
a little olive oil
1 cup of fresh sliced mushrooms
a little sea salt and pepper
Just sautee that all together, it's really yummy and so good for you!
Summer squash or zucchini
Sautee squash or zucchini in a little olive oil, add vidalia onion, fresh mushrooms, and a chopped fresh tomato, a little sea salt. Sautee all of that together until just crisp.
You can also mash a small sweet potato and stir in a little splenda and some walnuts, that's pretty tasty and a good way to shove those walnuts.
For a change of pace in the fish dept., try generously sprinkling a talapia filet with chili powder, add a little garlic and onion, a little lemon and bake. Serve that with the spinach and it's great!
I hope this helps.

goldenglove - it is only a few weeks, view it as a means to an end, as fuel not food and eat your veggies.
I swear I ate the same meal seven times a day forever, but it sure worked!
