Hey everybody, I just started the H.I.T training program and I was just wandering if anyone out there had tried it out before. So far I'm liking it a lot, but it is way to early to see any real results. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. -No pain no Gain- Sweeny
I tried it and LOVED it! I'll try it again in about 6-8 weeks. You will see a awesome strength gains, even if you don't see much gain in mass. Recovery is very important - eat properly and get plenty of sleep. Have fun and keep us updated on your progress!
