hey im not sure iuf its possible but i read that fat burning pills dont let your muscles breath and lowers your testosteron level. Is it true? is it bad for me because im even 18 yet

There is no such thing as a fat burning pill. Even bogus products have mythical side effects apparently. Go natural using only natural substances.

The fat burners are metabolizers and they make you burn more calories. It's good you might say, but be careful with it. It's easy to overdo, and you can get probs with your heart. You're young and instead of eating that stuff, eat 5-6 small meals per day, go for a short run before breakfast and of course weight train. This is the best fat burner you can get. You'll get fast results. Good luck.

The side effects mentioned in your first post are unlikely to happen if you take the type of "metabolizers" mentioned by philia2. These supplements have a much more psychological impact than a physical impact. Save your money for other things.

I agree.. I was able to drop from 18% to 8% bodyfat for a figure competition with no fat burner. There are more effective (and healthy) ways to reduce bodyfat.
