I really want to loose wieght and tone up... but i go back to school in a month or so. What's the quickest and most affective way to do it?

I have, I have.. I started last sat. And no need to be rude mr. buff hecdarec, guy. I was just wonderin' if anybody had any tips; thanks for those who posted!

well goddessofchaos i know this is probly a lil late but better now then never it took me 1 weej to lose 10lb i drank anywhere from 4-6 cans of soda aday and thats alot of sodium witch causes you to gain and retain water weight. So as soon as i stoped i lost 10 pounds of water weight in a week. I went threw bad withdrawment from the caffine i had migrans for a month straight it was horibal but to this day a year later i still dont drink soda and ive keep the weight off. Just something for you to think about
