hi was just wondering what exercise and routine i shuld stick to to deveolp my abs and obliques quickly? i know cardio and diet is main part but i just need a routine
Pick one of the ab routine under the fitness resources option up at the top of the screen. Lift heavy weight, eat clean, get adequate rest, do cardio.
