hi everyone, here i am again with my weirds questions.
everyone knows that for building muscle you need at least 1gm of protein per pound of body weight.
now, i have heard and i have been told that body can{t assimilastes more than 30gm of protein per meal.
what about then with all meal replacements and high protein shakes that have more than 30gms of protein?
should you drink just half of it and wait 2 hours and have the other half?
or this protein ssimilation myth is incorrect?
looking for clearness
thx

That is an old conventional wisdom that won't die very easily. This has been gone over hundreds of times. Take your protein, forget the 30 gr. thing.
