I am 15 going on 16 years old and im about normal for my wieght but i really want to get in shape !!1 I want a really nice stomache to show off when i want and great legs. I just really want to feel good about myself. Im 5'2 and 112 lbs. Should i go on a diet and watch what i eat ?? What type of exercises should i do to reach my goal?? If anyone ANYONe has any suggestions please let me know!!!! thanx
