I responded to your other post.
Fill in your profile. We can't possibly know how much protein/carbs you need without knowing your weight, etc.
how old are you? are you still growing?
You need to start from the beginning and get set up on a real program of weightlifting and cardio. If you are trying to gain weight, your routine you described before is the opposite of what you need to do.

you're a thin teenager still growing, who's not always eating properly so doesn't have the energy to bother with things properly, doesn't really know what's proper? am I close or very far? Food and exercise is important at any age- I'm proving this to myself daily and have a much better lifestyle than ever, since a stroke. Which can only be caused by me, my bloody mindedness, my awful diet which I loved along with booze and cigarettes. Theres basics that need to be started at any age and over time it does make a difference:
Eat 5 fruits and veg portions daily, always have breakfast, eat more protein of an evening as carbs are a little harder to sleep on and can leave you hungry. and adopt other foody general rules and start living by them.
SLEEP patterns need addressing... when you go to bed plan that you lay in bed with the vision to sleep within 1/2 hour- don't go to bed to watch TV or listen to music- the bed is for sleep not action(well depends).. eat nuts, meats and limit fruit before bed- don't eat sweets or pastries, sugary stuff at all and cut out tea/coffee.
Weight gain- it's essential to know that the gain is measured and acceptable, not all fat and food weight with no muscle gain... feedback to your diet and exercise questions on these forums will educate you as it has done me. but don't tank up on excessess of milk, sweets, cheese, crisps bacon, pizza and anything fat and sweet as you will go from thin to fat or thin and loaded with cholesterol or summat!

close. i pretty much only eat healthy but i am a bit thinner than i want to be and want to gain weight, probably because i dont eat alot. But i eat no practically no processed sugar whatsoever from 0 to 6 grams at the most usually... i dont like sugary stuff for some reason. but i get at least 150 grams of protein and 200-250 grams of carbs a day not much fat either. I drink alot of myoplex because it tastes real good. i excercise alot and dont eat much during the day before dinner because i do alot before dinner and im afraid i will get side splints because im on track and cross country. And i really want a six pack.
