Initially you may experience more than that because you lose excess water weight.
Many people lose 14 pounds very quickly when they begin a new, lower carb, higher protein diet. That weight loss is a nice jump start, but when carbs are added back in, they will most likely regain it.
Aim for a cloaric deficit of 200 calories and create a 300 calorie deficit through exercise (daily) and you will lose a pound a week.
