I sure there have been many posted about this previously but here goes. I am quite happy with my body with the exception of my abs, my abs are quite firm and you can see them a little at the top, my problem is the bottom bit, i have a layer of fat here and was wondering the best way to get rid of this.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks
Paula

hey Paula,
I have the same problem or I think I do. I'm starting to think now that the "abs" I have on the top up under my ribs are really just pockets of fat (although they are hard so who knows). Someone told me you need 18% body fat to show abs for a girl and I am far from that. Just lose more body fat...what an answer huh ;)

hi paula,
there's a section on the health resources that you can read through. If you pick the exercises and fitness resources, then click on the abs and obliques..you'll get a lot of very useful information on them. Abs, as they say are made out of the kitchen, good carbs, good fats, and lots nice of proteins. Add in some cardio and train your abs well, they should start popping up. you can also sign up for the program ft has for abs. :) goodluck!

hi im amanda i am almost 15 i hit puberity at like 10 so i share the same problems as adults not much with kids my age... ive relized that with the abs nomatter how much you exercise them you must have a healthy diet or the layer of fat on your abs will go away and than youll notice the results in your exercise :)
