First off, I would like to say I have been looking thru the forums trying to find my answers from other posts. But for some reason I am just winding up confused. I am new to bodybuilding so soem things just do not make sense to me yet. Basically what I want is to be able to pack on mass.
The supplements that I am going to be taking are:
Creatine
Glutamine
ZMA (homemade)
Whey Protein
I am looking for information as to 'how much' and 'when' to take these supplements, I am 6' and ~215 lbs with approx 20% bodyfat if that helps. I am aware that my bodyfat is quite high for now, but my main concern for the moment is just the mass, I know i can cut the bodyfat down quite easily.
Also if you have any other recommendations for other supplements that I should consider taking please say so.
