Hello again! I'm currently in a low carb diet. I lost about 12 lb., but that was over a month ago, and I have not been able to lose any more. I do cardio 5-6 days a week. I hear a lot about cycleing your carbs. Having three low carb days and a carb load. Does anyone know about this. I'm trying to lose somewere around 20 lb. does it work? Is it a whole day carb load or one meal. Does it work better is I have one carb load once a week insted of every three days? What works best to get rid of those stubborn fat.

CArb cycling is a great diet tool. I will not go into it, as it seems Charlie must have replied to another post you made already.

Nope I didn't address cycling carbs....just that he eat them. Merc said he was on a low carb diet and had no energy to work out. Fire away BB1.

I want to lose 25 to 30 lb. I been following a low carb diet, but I only lost 10 lb, and I been stuck for about 1 month. I do cardio 5-6 days a week and I started a workout routin to lose fat and get lean (cut). Is there a better way, do you have a sample diet to get rid of those sutuburn, most of my fat is arount my stomach.:)

Thats the nature of low carb diets. You lose some weight quickly and then plateau. You need to cut back on the cardio and increase weight training. Lifting builds muscle. Muscle burns more calories than fat. Like told you in your other post you need clean carbs to exercise.
Your body thinks it's starving because of the low carb diet. It's storing fat to survive and you may be losing muscle. How many calories do you eat? How does it break down as far as protein carbs and fat? It takes a little homework but you can do it.
Fat loss is achieved by creating a caloric deficit by eating the proper foods and exercise. Take a look at the grocery list for body builders in the nutritional foods. Use the FT nutritional guide to figure how much to eat and eat off the list. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, when people do low carb, they do it incorrectly. If you workout, then you need one or two days a week where you spend the day eating good carbs or go low carb all the time except during the window around your workouts.
Eating low carbs still means eating vegetables like green bns brocc, zucchini, spinach, etc etc and fruits from the berries family.
