Hi Harold. Its real normal if you're just starting out to not be able to finish parts of a workout. Its also normal to be sore. Be sure you warm up before you start and do a cool down when you're done. The soreness will go away. Just take it easy and do what you can.

Creatine to fitness aint like spinach to Popeye. It isn't necessary for young folks and you really don't need much help from supplements until you have worked for a while. You need to workout with good form, increase your lifts gradually and rest adequately. Most of all you need to eat right. Read the forums here and learn about proper diet.

Fill out your profle and take a look at the nutritional guidelines the sight gives you. Include your workout experience, goals and other info that will help folks here to help you.

Welcome to FT.

Have patience in yourself and what you can accomplish, your goals will be easier to maintain that way and help you avoid any injury that will deter your workout (I am one to know *smile*).

Good luck and good to have you here!
