The fact is that i dont intake alot of proteins, so let me here is from the pro's.

Lets say on a daily basis, what would be a great snack (or meal) with great Nutrition Facts, containing Carbohydrates, a GREAT amount of Proteins, NO Cholesterol. I think that'll do it, so as a part of my work-out routine, i would like your help on a Daily Nutritious Snack or Meal. Thank You In Advance.

different blokes have different opinions but a guy i work with drinks tuna protein shakes! mixed in water. Ug!!!
A decent planned diet schedule is best to start off with then 'play' with it adding some extra nutrients as you see fit such as protein or carbs.... fill in your profile as this site generates sooooo much info for you and do the food diary too. as you will get statistics out of that and see bits that need attention in your own plans.

Daily meals are a science for you and us all, so set some rules like- 6 meals containing 5 small portions of fruit or veg. Cut fat content etc.... per day.
always breakfast and that's depends on training goals. But scrambled eggs and extra whites are good, with what 2 brown bread and bowl of strawberries in a protein shake mixed with yogurt or..... imagination is your only barrier.
