Yeah like the subject says. I gave in and ate those little donut holes that they dip in chocolate and sugar and goodness knows what evil things lurk underneath in there. And then to top it off I ate a rice cake and chased it with chocolate milkshake, the kind that the devil must've invented from it's sheer sinfulness. I'm gonna die from sugar rush after about 30 more minutes...argh I hate it when I cave in in the middle of the week. So unfair..why can't they sell and display those donuts someplace else? Is that such a difficult request?

Since we are admitting cave in's I had one this morning. I have a diffecult time passing up free food and my boss brough in a Saint Louis Bread Co. Coffee Cake. I was good and didn't have any until the point I messed up my oatmeal(see specific diet - cooking healthier). I had a slice that is topped with cherry and a slice that was covered with the cheese. I feel guilty. Want more.

Don't worry about it. I ate almost an entire taco pizza last night, and then went out for ice cream. A couple hours later I drank my pre-bed shake, putting me at about 50,000 calories for the day. It was totally worth it.

I'm so giddy over how my lifting is going, I'm sittin' here eating mini butterfingers and hearth bars. I'm gonna polish them off with hersheys kisses and cherry lifesavers.....the big ones......and I don't care.

Anybody ever eat bacon, cheese potatoe wedges from Jack n the Box? Not my favorite but I use to eat them and asimmers post reminded me. Those things are a heart attack in a box. You get like six to eight wedges and here are the facts:

All right, I had a downfall this week (Monday) to, but being a girl I get to blame hormonal monthly things for my reason  I ate at least 12, yes at the bare minimum 12 homemade molasses crinkles. MMMmmmmmmm they are soooo soft and chewy and yummy and taste just like ginger bread cookies :) Then right before I went to bed I polished off a bag of whoppers.............<sigh> Least the scale didn't change ; ) Hate that damned thing! No more baking for me for a while..............

All of this talk about delicious, sinful, fattening foods that make us feel guilty afterwards sent me to the kitchen earlier. Thankfully, there is nothing more than Bar-B-Que spiral Fritos in our house at the moment. After eating about 10 spirals, I got an apple out of the fridge and smothered it with that natural peanut butter. It tasted darn good! By the way, after stirring it and placing it in the fridge after buying it, is it still supposed to be really creamy and liquidy? It's definitely unlike refridgerated regular peanut butter. That stuff stays THICK.

You know how they say "once you start messing with a clean diet, it's hard to stop and get back on track"? I think whoever "they" are, is right! It's been almost a full week of crap for me and I see no end in sight. Ok, I do see an end in sight, but it's at least a day away. Then I need to do some serious butt kicking and get my shite together! :surprised:

I need a personal butt kicker, someone who wont take unusual pleasure from it!

You are so right Donna! It took all the strength I could muster not to eat the rest of the cookies the next day! I kept telling myself in an hour I could have one lol but the next hour I'd make it another hour until finally I was over it. The next day I started all over again until by Wed. I was back to normal.
I do have what I call a "free day" every Sat. but I have no problems with recovery on Sun. I never have and I've been doing this for 2 yrs.
You have to make a decision and instead of letting the craving take control YOU take control ; ) Fake it like I did if you have to. With every bite of sugar you take it only makes you crave more so your best to start off with a fresh new day.
You can do it Donna :)

Hey now - I came here to this thread to support cupcake and now I'm starving! Can you hear my stomach rumbling? I'm sure most of the southern states can! Na...actually, I wanted to throw the thread off by saying I am sitting here at work eating a plain salad w/tomatoes and lemon juice with my fingers (forgot the fork!) like a good lil' girl (okay - big girl)! Though I would love some scrumptious cherry cheesecake as mentioned above (one of my ultimate favorites), I will have to be happy knowing I am behaving myself!

In the meantime, let it be known that I am laughing, do you hear me, laughing at you, ole mighty cheesecake and triple layer double chocolate truffles and walnut brownies and extra cheese pizza - laughing -  !!

Okay, so this salad is making me a bit lightheaded, I am still strong in my will!

All I have to say is "ULTIMATE BACON CHEESEBURGER" from Jack n the Box. One of them bad boys has 1300 calories, and I don't want to know how much fat. Haven't had one in almost 6 months....sigh :(
